About the Episode

LifeBlood: We talked about how to find a job you love, what it means to have a job you love, the questions to be asking yourself and how to get started.

We discussed how her friends would always come to her with questions about careers, how she would give them advice and input into what to be thinking about and looking for in a career, and how this became her full-time work.

We talked about how certain careers seem to offer deeper levels of satisfaction, how others seem to do the opposite, what it means to like your job, two key aspects to be thinking about your work, and the one key variable that’s most often overlooked.

We discussed how people get stuck in a career path and what to do when this happens, why it’s important to focus on your strengths and spend less time worrying about your weaknesses, and recognizing that what you’re good at doesn’t come easy for others.

We talked about how to get better at knowing yourself, your personality type, what you’re not willing to put up with anymore, how to recognize if you’ve got a problem that needs attention, and how to get started with this process with Becca Ribbing, career coach helping people break out of cycles of uncertainty and struggling, she’s the author of the Clarity Journal-the Roadmap for Finding Answers to Your Biggest Questions.

Listen to learn why today is the day to get serious about and to begin focusing on your next job if the one you’ve got isn’t making you happy!
