We discussed Tony’s upbringing with money and how he interacted with it, how his desire to be a good steward of his spending led him to spreadsheets which led him to create an app.
We talked about the thought process that went into the app, what to put in, what to leave out, how he built it to address his personal pain points and how he utilized feedback from others to build it.
We discussed how to best help people learn to spend responsibly, to go beyond simply being frugal and to begin to appreciate the power of a budget, what the future looks like for the app and how he thinks about bringing on potential partner with Tony Conte is the Founder and CEO at Chromabill — a personal finance application designed to help you understand your money better. His app helps people keep track of their expenses and better understand their spending habits. He’s also the Director of Technology at Tesla Owners Club of New York and runs Product & Operations at an aviation startup called Blade. Tony has worked at larger companies as well including Aer Lingus and Amazon. Tony graduated with a Bachelors’s Degree in Aeronautical Science and in his free time he’s building his flight hours and working on attaining his private pilot license.
